Inspectors. Let's work together!

As Triangle home buyers become more aware of the health risks of radon exposure, they are often asking their home inspectors for testing services.  The U.S. EPA and Surgeon General recommend that all homes be tested for radon, and it's an important service to include in your inspection package.

Raleigh Radon was born out of the inspection industry, so we fully understand your needs and the needs of your clients.  We'll help you provide quick and reliable radon testing services to your clients without any additional equipment or liability.

Avoid the hassles while reaping the benefits.
Although personally testing homes for radon can be a significant source of supplementary income for home inspectors, it also involves hassles, liabilities, and training.

Avoid returning to the property a few days after the home inspection to pick up the charcoal canisters or radon monitor, delivering or mailing the canisters to the laboratory, and waiting up to a week for the results.  Avoid the hassle of non-compliance with "closed-house" requirements and motion errors.

When working with Raleigh Radon, you can offer radon testing services to your clients, and we'll do all the leg work.  We'll conduct the radon test and make all property access arrangements.  We'll ensure that the builder, seller, listing agent, and/or contractors comply with the closed-house requirements.

We'll send the report to you and/or your clients the same day the testing period is complete so you'll no longer have to wait many days to receive test results.

Raleigh Radon is certified by the National Environmental Health Association's National Radon Proficiency Program (NEHA-NRPP) and conducts all radon tests in accordance with EPA protocols.
