Our Philosophy.
Because Raleigh Radon was born out of the home inspection and real estate industries, our strength is understanding our customers. We want all Triangle home owners and home buyers to understand the health implications of radon exposure and also understand how simple it is to "fix" radon problems.
Our goal is to make the radon testing and mitigation process as easy, convenient, and educational as possible. We strive to meet our customers' needs by being flexible in our scheduling, testing, and payment processes. We can often conduct radon tests and mitigation estimates the same day you contact us, and thanks to our MLS subscription, we can access properties without agents, sellers, or builders having to be present.
Part of sustainable business philosophy is maximizing customer satisfaction. If a customer is ever unhappy with our services, we would like to know as soon as possible. We will act quickly to resolve the situation, even if that means refunding payments or performing additional services at no charge.
Not only do we want to educate our customers about radon, we want to increase awareness in our local community. We are always looking to be involved with charitable organizations and educational opportunities - please contact us if you have any suggestions!
