As a licensed (but non-practicing) real estate broker herself, Lindsay is fully aware of the hectic schedules of Realtors and how challenging it can be to stay on top of all of your clients' needs.
In an effort to ease the inspection process, we've tried to make our services as flexible and convenient as possible.
Raleigh Radon provides convenient, certified radon testing throughout the Greater Triangle area.
Flexible & Accessible Scheduling
To be as accessible as possible, we provide 3 different ways to schedule a radon test (and mitigation estimates):

We'll confirm your request for a radon test within a few business hours, if not immediately. For last-minute testing or time-sensitive questions, please give us a call.
When scheduling, please keep in mind the timeframe (48-hour minimum testing period), and the "closed-house" requirements. [Learn more about our radon testing process.]
Because everyone's timeline is different, we offer radon testing services 7 days a week. Although not ideal, we often conduct last-minute radon testing.
Convenient Property Access
As a convenience to Realtors, Lindsay is a member of the Triangle Multiple Listing Service (TMLS #80747). With this membership, she can securely be given lock box combinations by listing and selling agents. Because Lindsay personally conducts the radon tests herself, she guarantees never to disclose the combinations to anyone.
When lock box access is not available, we can arrange property access with the listing/on-site agent or seller. Of course, we're always happy to meet with buyers and/or their agents to answer any questions at all.
Immediate, Unbiased Results
With our continuous radon monitors, the results are known immediately upon test completion. If you're in a time crunch, we can notify you of the results at that time. We'll always send a complete, easy-to-read radon test report to you by email the same day, often within a few hours of test completion.
We strictly use digital monitors, which automatically calculate the test results. We are not a laboratory, and we have no way of altering the test results in anyone's favor. (Many builders are now requiring that radon tests be conducted with such digital/electronic monitors.)
We're certified by the National Environmental Health Association's National Radon Proficiency Program (NEHA-NRPP), and we conduct all of our tests according to EPA protocols.
Flexible Payment Options
Every client's schedule and financial situation is different, so we're happy to accept payment through any of the following ways with no additional charges:
• Payment at the start or completion of the test (we'll send a receipt with the report)
• Payment by mail (we'll send an invoice with the report and receipt upon receipt)
• Payment at closing (we'll send an invoice with the report and/or a copy directly to the closing attorney)
For accounting purposes, our only request is that we know your intended payment method by the time the radon test begins.
Price-Match Guarantee
Please contact us to receive a price quote for our testing services and to learn about our current promotions. Our prices are very competitive, and we guarantee to match or beat the fees of our local competitors (certified or not).
Satisfaction Guarantee
We fully believe in the quality and reliability of our services, and we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We want all Triangle Realtors to feel completely comfortable with and confident in our services. Our goal is to educate Triangle residents, not to hinder any real estate deals.
If there's ever an issue, we'll take immediate action to correct the problem. If we cannot satisfactorily resolve the issue, we'll provide a full refund of our service fee.
