Because Raleigh Radon was born out of the home inspection and real estate industries, our strength is understanding our customers. We want all homeowners and home buyers in the greater Raleigh area to understand the health implications of radon exposure and understand how simple it is to “fix” radon problems.
Our goal is to make the radon testing process as easy, convenient and educational as possible. We strive to meet our customers’ needs by being flexible in our scheduling, testing and payment processes. We can often conduct radon tests the same day you contact us.
Part of our sustainable business philosophy is maximizing customer satisfaction. If a customer is ever unhappy with our services, we would like to know as soon as possible. We will act quickly to resolve the situation, even if that means refunding payments or performing additional radon services at no charge.
